Pointers on my path are these
Signs all along my
way
The wood I saw beyond the trees
Thoughts that helped me not to stray
But stray I did, down cul-de-sacs
And highways smooth and broad
‘Til toll roads and heavy packs
Showed wrong ways that falsely awed
With you I now would like to share
